Sustainable Development and Energy
In order to reach their NDCs and net-zero goals, countries are obligated to accelerate their expansion of renewable energies and to initiate a process of structural change and sustainable energy transition. Hence, CCPI data is used to highlight and examine countries’ efforts and methods, regional and on a large scale, e.g. regarding climate mitigation, energy consumption and technology adoption. Moreover, CCPI data serves as a valid basis for forecasts concerning countries paths towards sustainable development and low emission.
